Policies & Regulations
Respect for the rules and the premises is essential to ensure the longevity and affordable access to our services.
Check-in time is from 5:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM at the latest. Fees apply for early check-in or late check-out.
Each chalet has a reserved outdoor parking space.
Electric car charging stations are available for $2 + tax per hour. At the end of your stay, please let us know the total number of hours of use so that we can ensure fair and transparent billing.
A laundry room is available at the entrance to the service building. The cost is $2 per use, payable in $1 coins only. Please have the exact change ready.
Your safety is your responsibility. It is forbidden to cross the fence and the rocks around the small lake. The supervision of children is the sole responsibility of the Renter, who will ensure that their children are not left unattended on the site.
For billing purposes, a child is defined as a person 12 years of age or younger.
Outdoor fires are permitted. Before lighting a fire, please check if there is a ban on open fires: https://sopfeu.qc.ca/. A fire pit is provided for your use, and fires are only permitted in the designated fire pit. When you have finished enjoying this peaceful moment, make sure your fire is completely extinguished.
Smoking is prohibited in the chalets. A fee will be applied if you smoke in the chalet. Please refrain from throwing cigarette butts on the ground. Extinguish them and dispose of them in a trash can.
The consumption of alcohol and cannabis is limited to the location of the chalet occupied by the Renter. Consumption is not permitted in shared areas, playgrounds, or sanitary facilities. Also, do not bring glass outside. It's good to walk barefoot.
It is forbidden to install or stay in an accessory building such as: tent, trailer, RV, etc. It is also forbidden to stay inside our service buildings. Please do not take the towels, sheets, and blankets out of the chalet. These are of high quality and cannot be used outside the chalets.
Insects and wildlife are part of the pleasures of the countryside. Although the chalets are equipped with mosquito screens, we advise you, in the evening, not to leave the lights on unnecessarily inside the chalets and the windows open. Because even with mosquito screens, midges or other tiny insects can enter the chalet.
Small animals in the surrounding wildlife find what they need to feed themselves in nature. It is forbidden to feed them. In addition, store your food properly inside your chalet and waste in the trash cans.
